Two weeks ago, our team came together in Hanoi, Vietnam for our H1 offsite, and what a week it was.
As a fully remote company, these moments matter. The sessions, the incredible Vietnamese food, the conversations: all of it reminded us why getting in the same room changes everything.
Here’s what we packed in:
Hackathon (the highlight)
We gave the entire team a full day to build with AI. No spectators, everyone shipping. The results were remarkable. Colleagues across every function built working tools and automations that genuinely improve how they work day-to-day. The demos at the end of the day were a proud moment for the whole company.
Strategy and Alignment
We wrapped up the offsite with deep-dive sessions on company strategy, making sure every team is aligned on where we’re headed. There’s a clarity you get from hashing things out face-to-face that just can’t be replicated over video calls.
Team Bonding
And then there were the moments in between. The street food tours, the late-night conversations, the laughs over pho. As a remote team spread across 8 countries, these moments are what turn colleagues into a real team.
